Email Ends, Google Wave Begins - Enjoy Google's Biggest Achievement Ever

Email has some advantages:
... it's free
... it's easy
... everyone uses it so communication using email is universal
Email has some disadvantages:
... it consumes too much time for too little benefit (even though each one seems important)
... organizing and retrieving threads of conversations is cumbersome
... spam is universally hated
... silly or personal emails trot into your inbox right beside important and business emails, with no distinction.
In 2007, Google quietly set about to revolutionize online communication. And, they hired the same two brothers who created the amazing Google Earth. These gurus were given an almost unlimited budget and given creative freedom to create a system of communication online that cures every problem and also adds functions that are currently not only not available but actually not even imagined -- except, of course, by these two Google guru brothers.
The system is called Google Wave. It has some amazing benefits:
... It's free.
... When you are typing a message to someone, they actually see you typing it -- character for character. Usually, the point of the message is clear before the typist hits the send button. With this new system, you can actually reply to the sender's message before the message is finished and before the message is sent. This saves waiting for a message or saves staring at "Mary is typing you a message now".
... There is absolutely no spam because you select the recipients and they approve you. It's more like a club than a universally-open free-for-all which email is today. This is a huge advantage.
... Language translation is part of the system and it works on a keystroke by keystroke basis. So, as you are typing the first word of your message "D e" and you are writing to a friend in France, the translator instantly pops in "Cher" anticipating that you are writing the word "Dear". If you actually keep typing and the word is "Dead", then the translator yanks out "Cher" and pops in "Mort". This happens instantly and seems like magic.
... Following threads of conversations is easy and thoughtfully created.
I'm guessing that Google Wave will clobber Email in the online communication world.
